What's included in each service?

Every appointment follows the tier you choose above — Interior, Exterior, or Full Detail — and exactly what's covered is listed on each pricing card. Listed prices are starting prices; your exact quote depends on your vehicle's size and condition, and we'll always confirm the final price with you before we start.

What do you need from me at my location?

We bring all our own equipment and supplies — the only things we need are a nearby outdoor water spigot and a standard electrical outlet, which most homes and driveways already have. If either isn't available where you are, mention it when you book and we'll figure out a plan together.

Do I need to be there the whole time?

Not at all. Most customers show us the car, then go about their day — we'll text you when we're finished so you can come take a look. If you'd rather stay and hang around, that's completely fine too.

What if it's raining on my appointment day?

Ohio weather doesn't always cooperate. If conditions on the day aren't safe or workable, we'll reach out ahead of time and find a new day that works for you — no hassle.

How far do you travel for appointments?

We'll take a quick look at your vehicle with you before we begin, so we're both on the same page about its current condition — any existing scratches, stains, dents, or warning lights worth noting. It just helps make sure nothing gets mixed up later.

Every returning customer gets a short shareable code (Welcome Back page). A new customer can optionally enter it when booking their first detail — they get this reward amount off their own visit right away, and it only ever counts for a genuine first-time booking. Once you mark that job "Done" in Status, the referring customer earns a coupon of their own, which they redeem later using the "Coupon code" field on their Welcome Back page.
